Confie is a nearshore call center located just minutes from San Diego. One major advantage of working with a nearshore contact center is there are many cultural similarities due to its proximity to the United States.

Our call center agents are fluently billingual and bicultural, so there’s no language barrier and they are better able to build rapport with North American clients. As a nearshore operation, we also share the same business hours with U.S. businesses in the Pacific Time zone.

Construction of our new Confie BPO headquarters was completed in 2016. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the following amenities:
